Surface engineering since 1972
Rooted in the ceramic craft of Castellón, accelerated by automated vitrification.
Robotic vacuum gantry and dry-compaction transfer
Slabs are handled without mechanical vibration, safeguarding the internal crystalline alignment prior to precision firing.
Where monumental geology meets micron tolerance
Founded in 1972 in Puerto Albar as a family clay-tile workshop, VENUS grew with the Castellón ceramic district into a fully integrated manufacturer of surfaces and sanitaryware.
In 2008 we opened the continuous large-format line that today supplies architects, developers and distributors in 18 countries with slabs, porcelain and bathroom pieces of industrial tolerance.
Engineered for the contemporary studio
From ventilated façades to monolithic kitchen blocks and step-free bathrooms, every formulation is tuned to eliminate joints and structural vulnerability.
Operational metric integrity
Quantified industrial scale
Reference production values monitored at the plant (demonstration data).
Calibrated square metres manufactured with automated batch repeatability.
Direct logistics lanes serving architectural partners across Europe, the Americas and the Middle East.
Continuous press lines eliminating micro-cavities across the full slab body.
Zoned thermal curve creating irreversible crystalline vitrification.
Negligible liquid absorption delivering total frost, stain and biological resistance.
Every slab carries a code linked to its raw material and firing record.
